October 10th/11th was the annual Spring in the Valley Festival held here in our beautiful Swan Valley. Our Valley Art Group holds its annual exhibition on this date also, which gives the opportunity for many of our members to exhibit their work to the public.

I was very small when I began to draw so I can’t remember when it all started. I do remember that as a little girl my bedroom walls were covered in my drawings of horses and animals and that I wrote my own stories and illustrated them - I still have some of them today. Read more…
